land before it goes on the market. Investigate it properly, so that you don't buy problems. Acquire the land without having the down payment... regardless of credit
rating. Increase the value of your property 200%-300% almost overnight.
Produce Incredible, fast profits if you care to. Get
land paid for quickly for your personal use, without using your funds. Obtain
one building site, or 5 acres, or 50 acres, whatever. Find
land, negotiate successfully, acquire land, enhance greatly, advertise
effectively, market quickly. Generate a Retirement Income. Even
become a Full-time Developer of "Show Case" Subdivisions, even with

received my order recently and have been going through your plan over
and over. First, let me explain that I am a Real Estate Broker and a
Developer in the Orlando area. I have been active doing this type work
for 15 years. Believe me sir, I have read each and every book there is
on real estate and the rest are useless theories that don't work half
the time or are ideas that the author has obviously never done
himself. What a relief to actually read this information.
At a point where I

PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE I'm sure you are looking for information that can assist you in the field and not just general real estate information. Well, I have included both... very unique information for acquiring land... and practical information that is useful in the field. A couple of examples follow; Have you ever wanted to determine who owns a certain piece of property... how many acres are in the tract... how much public road frontage there is... how long a person has owned the land, etc.? They will tell you right off if there are problems such a flood plain, wrong zoning, etc. You will find that my manual contains useful information and not just general real estate terms... stuff that was learned in the field.
When I first started working with land, I had limited funds for down payments and monthly payments... and no one to help me. I knew I had a lot to overcome. When I looked for land, I realized quickly that I could not afford what I really wanted, which was acreage with plenty of elbowroom and a new home. And of course, this also made me realize even more so that I wanted more income! So, I was in a quandary. I wanted land, a new home, and more income! Ever been there? So my problem was... how to acquire land with very limited funds!
